Artists accepted into the Launchpad will receive development in key areas such as:

• Professional music recording
• Vocal lessons
• Instrument lessons
• Stage presence training
• Artist image and style development
• Live performance preparation
• Music industry education
• Career guidance and planning

The Launchpad is designed for artists who want real direction, real development, and real opportunities. Over the course of 12 months, each artist will work on their sound, performance, presentation, and overall artist identity.

Our goal is to help develop complete artists — not just great singers, but artists who know how to perform, present themselves professionally, and prepare for the next level of their career.
