Eli Masherbash
Eli Masherbash is the sonic architect behind the BBMG sound, playing a pivotal role in the label's artist development program. As Head Engineer, he oversees all mixing, mastering, and audio perfection for the label’s entire roster, which includes a diverse range of artists in country music. Widely respected as one of the most skilled engineers in the region, Eli brings an elite ear, industry-level precision, and years of technical experience to every project that comes through BBMG.
From vocal shaping and dynamic clarity to full-scale record polish, Eli ensures every BBMG release meets the highest professional standards, including those essential for effective music distribution. His work elevates artists, enhances production, and defines the quality that sets BBMG apart.
With a reputation for consistency, creativity, and delivering radio-ready mixes, Eli plays a crucial role within BBMG’s Creative & Production Division, helping artists sound their absolute best and supporting the label’s long-term catalog growth and development.
Matt Florez
Matt Florez is a live-sound and recording engineer with over 30 years of experience in concert production, studio recording, radio, and experimental audio. His expertise encompasses multitrack recording, front-of-house mixing, synthesis, sound design, and electronic music, making him a valuable asset in any artist development program focused on country music and beyond.
For nearly a decade, Matt has collaborated with Red Barn Radio, a Lexington, Kentucky-based live music program that emphasizes music distribution through web and streaming platforms. In his current roles as Floor Director and camera operator, he merges his background as a musician and video artist, a passion he has nurtured since the 1980s. Today, he incorporates his extensive audio and visual knowledge into independent filmmaking, Foley, location sound, and soundtrack production.
